• International shipping is not offered and is not advertised • Cash on delivery (COD) is not available • Local delivery and in-store pickup are not available

5. Carriers

Delivery is arranged through available Egypt carriers once an order is ready for handover. We do not currently promise a specific Egypt Post activation date. Carrier branding on tracking may vary by shipment.

6. Prescription / regulated / sensitive products

Prescription or regulated veterinary products may require veterinary review before fulfillment. Temperature-sensitive or special-handling products may have destination or handling limits; we may contact you before shipping.

When tracking is available, it is shared after fulfillment / courier handover through order notifications where supported.
