2. Acceptance

By accessing or placing an order on the store, you agree to these Terms, the Shipping Policy, the Refund and Return Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

3. Products and veterinary limits

Product information is for general commerce purposes and is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, prescription, or treatment advice. Prescription or regulated veterinary products may require appropriate veterinary review before fulfillment. We may refuse, delay, or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled safely, lawfully, or in accordance with product handling requirements.

4. Pricing and orders

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders, with refund of amounts already paid where applicable.

5. Payment

Accepted online payments are processed through available providers. Paymob is currently active. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available at this time. International shipping is not offered at this time.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery estimates, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and the Refund and Return Policy.

7. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and shipping details and keep your account credentials secure if you create an account.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, pet.spot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
